This 12,000 ha ranch is located near one of the biggest meat exporting processing centers of Brazil in Januaba.
It comes completely equipped for handling 20,000 pieces of livestock, mostly beef (at the moment 5,000), such as corrals, 8 wells supplying 154 drinking points through 80,000 meters of pipes, stables for horses, etc. Machinery, such as tractors, sawmill etc, is not included. Labor is supplied from the 20-house village located on the property, with a complete infrastructure.
The central house overlooks the property and has 4 suites and a pool (4 bedroom guesthouse next door).
