Bahia is the main producer and exporter of cacao in Brazil. In recent years, soy cultivation has increased substantially in the state.

Mining.
Bahia is one of the richest states in minerals in the country, ranking third in Brazilian mineral production. The State's main products are gold, copper concentrate, magnesite, chromite, rock salt, barite, manganese, ornamental rocks, precious stones, talcum, phosphates and uranium.

Property Description

The ranch has a principal house and 2 smaller dwellings as well as a covered coral and 42 embankment dams. the Riberao River runs through a part of the property. The climate, with 1200-1400mm of rainfall, is suitable for grazing stock - cattle, goats, sheep, etc. The 4 wire fence surrounds vast stretches of capim grassland with many watering places, 15 ha of cactus and flowers and 2 large fields of plantings as well as large tracts of forest.
