Property Description
|
The beauty of Morro de Sao Paulo is that it is neither filled with day trippers nor cars. Until just a few years ago it was a haven for backpackers and ravers at the parties on the second beach. Now, the parties still exist, but the crowds are much less. With both foreign and Brasilian investment there are new hotels in the medium to the luxurious range. And restaurants have followed to fill in the gap. |
This property is on the fifth beach (numbered first to fifth, starting in the village), adjacent to a luxury hotel and the airport. The more distant hotels now have a scheduled inland tractor service going to the village, so you are not totally isolated from the island life. It measures 100 x 800 meters, the 100 being beachfront. It's ample space for a resort of first quality. |
